Blanket Projects – Little Miss Retallack

     With the completion of this car seat blanket, the summer of baby blankets comes to a close. This is one of the rare projects that is going to a home with an avid crocheter so I couldn’t just make a simple granny square blanket. Well I could have, but Tori had fallen in love with this stitch and it gave me the opportunity to finally test my hand at it.

     I originally had been a little apprehensive working with this stitch for the first time but it didn’t take long to find my rhythm. It really is too bad the end result is way to heavy for Southern California because even with the amount of yarn a full sized blanket would eat up I am tempted to make one.
